Verizon is facilating fraud

Same here Verizon is facilating fraud. Photocubbie stole my ID somehow and billed my Verizon acct. 14.95. I reported this to the Federal Trade Commission. I don't understand how Verizon has become a middle man for this. I didn't authorize Verizon to do this. I think I'll cancel my landline, don't need it, especially if u can't trust your carrier to protect your acct.
