My favorite moment of my 5th call to the dispatch office. You know where your ticket goes to die.

Me: Really? When?

Me: It's 10:15...

Later in the same conversation

Joe ID# 2971480 : I can put you down for the first appointment at 8am

Me: But you said there really ins't an 8am.

Joe ID# 2971480: We can't promise you a time

Me: You just did...
