Photo Cubbie charge on my AT&T bill

I just received my phone bill and found an unauthorized charge for $14.95 from Photo Cubbie. I called the customer service number listed and was told that my son had opened the account. I said the account was mine, and I wanted the charges taken off. She said I would get them back in 1-2 billing cycles. Forget that.
I am not paying that part of the bill, and I cancelled my land line.
