| nothing but pain |
I had verizon cellular service and was grossly over charged. After many attempts to get the problem resolved, and many hours invested, I threw in the towel and switched to Cingular. I finally had to take them to small claims court to stop them from chasing me for more than $2,000 in fantasy cash.
I just moved and ended my Verizon phone and internet service to switch to Comcast. They over charged me several times over the past 3 years and did so again when I closed my account. They sent me a final bill for $68 which was nonsense. I called and this time they canceled the bill over the phone... at least they said they did.
