They will damage your credit if you ever sign up with them and change to another plan. They are sneaky and come up with some waiting period bill for changing over.
Happened to my daughter too.

I WOULD NEVER USE THIS MOB MENTALITY COMPANY AGAIN. Does the mob own this company? Maybe.

Verizon being one the cry baby bells, child of an actual monopoly do indeed have a gangster mentality as in what are you going to do about it.
