| Worst company in the world, ever. |
Today I ranted in Verizon about how much everything about their business sucks. The phones are god awful ad break before your contract even ends which BY THE WAY is way too long. Their service is incredibly shitty. They redirect you to some company in India that can't speak english. They're policies change CONSTANTLY. Who in their right mind would pay 30.00$ EXTRA a month for an "unlimited" data plan that actually has a monthly cap to restrict how many gbs you use. I'll stick to my 20$ lg cosmos that barely works because HEY I don't want to give verizon 1 more cent of my money. Because well, as we all know, they don't deserve it. They have major call centers in the midwest: Mankato MN, Elgin IL, Dublin OH, etc. If you read their terms and agreements or find an independent source they can verify that.
