8am-10am Tech time doesn't exist

Cannot believe the pages and pages of problems from Verizon. And now I am adding to the volume of complaints. I am currently in the spin of " tech scheduled but does not show up" "ticket was not set up for tech time" "Verizon cannot get thru to dispatch-please hold" " dispatch will contact you within 24-72 hours"---today is 72 hours, any bets??
