Verizon just got me for $144.85

I use my cell very little and mostly always forget to renew. Verizon can see that I usually do forget by the fact that they have issued me re-instatements in the past. They have my Email so why don't they remind me that Way7 (Remember? I seldom use me cell so don't check me cell for messages.) Now I am sitting here on the phone and waiting--waiting-waiting...
