Cleaned out my checking account

When my cell phone was stolen, I reported it to Verizon immediately and asked them to close the account. They assured me it was closed. Two weeks later, they took $800 from my checking account to pay for the stuff the thief had ordered under my Verizon account.

It took four months of talking to idiots to straighten it out. I will NEVER do business with Verizon again
