| Customer Service NIGHTMARE: Wasted almost all day |
I had probably the worst customer service experience ever with Verizon. Below is a link to the transcript from the Live Chat. I think the transcript says more than I could ever say and allows you to draw your own conclusions.
By the way, I twittered this and had many "Re-Twitters" at first. Now they have all disappeared somehow. Verizon never answered either of my questions.

I would say many of them were veterans that were replaced with contractors and overseas "staph". They will drag out your call as long as possible, keep sending you to different departments and rep's, leave you on hold forever and just when you think you've accomplished something...the line goes dead and...they will NOT call you back.
