I truly hope to see ALL of you lose your (pathetic) job of constantly ripping your paying customers off and if you haven't figured it out yet, keep you gainfully employed in a very bad economy. | 07/20/11 | 17:47PM | | Robb, if you knew half of the truth regarding the VZ svc reps. They are saddled with software that is a train wreck. Updates to the software are made in the middle of the night and no communication is forwarded to implement them the next day. So many overseas "Staph" get involved with the business that day to day administration with them is always sketchy. It is amazing the system works as well as it does. The reps have little leeway to act other than how the order placing software will allow. Their hands are tied. It is the upper managers, you and I, need corner.
