| I am wishing I never had a Verizon account in the first place! |
I have been with Verizon for 7 years and just got so sick of the random charges they say they cant do any thing about.. I have put up with so much BS from them that my husband and I just went to sprint in July 2011 after our contract was up with Verizon for almost 2 years... We had 4 lines and we moved 2 and set another as the mane line on our Verizon account until our friends can find a new place to go, WELL out of the blue I call to check on the bill it is up to 595.90 and since it is so late I have no way of finding out why... I tried to open an online thing so with my account number but the Verizon wed won’t let me!!!! I can not stand them when I have a problem and would call about it they tell me 10 deferent things.....
