| Verizon Nightmare Service |
Switching to Verizon Bundle was probably the biggest "household" mistake I've ever made. When I ordered the "bundle" - Direct Tv came out, installed the converters, and the dish. Tv picture was lousy. Tech said " ohhh You had High Def" ... I said "Yeah, this looks terrible", So I had to agree to another Higher priced service.
But Verizon - lost my order. So I never got the "bundle" and Direct Tv started sending me bills. Finally I get Verizon to corrrect the order after atleast 15 phone calls, transfered to person after person, HOURS on the phone. Called back again, now they say they can't help me untill I pay Direct Tv. So Far - The Verizon Bundle Since March - Has Cost me $986.00
