they just suck

i just hate them so much. they just dropped my call twice when i asked them where their repair guy was, and then the third rep said there was an error made and the order was not put through. i asked her to apologize; that's a part of what customers want. thanks so much for having a forum to vent appropriately so i don't accidentally take it out on my lovely family and co-workers!
