Same thing

My charges were linked to Coast-to-Coast Photo. I called canceled with the Coast-to-Coast Photo and did a third-party block. Next month, it went to Photo Cubbie and then I was even charged a state tax. Verizon said it was legal and that by being on the interent and signing up for something makes it legal. I called Photo Cubbie and told them I am not an open credit card for them to use.
