Lets sum this up:
$1.99 PER month for an extended warranty to use AFTER the first year is up. A feature that you HAVE to purchase within 30 days of your NEW phone.... and a feature that is VERY LIMITED in what they cover......??
DATA:
$20 per month for texting (which is NOT unlimited anymore
$30 per month to browse internet on phone....
$20 per month to browse internet on the computer....
$10 per month for VZNavigator????
$2-3 per month for your voicemail to download to your phone.....??

Actual company policy and individual store practices & policy are two different things. Also look at the fine print including drops and water.
