product not people suck

I have no blame for any employees. Their products suck. 3 phones n 1 year n now net book having problems ... wtf. This is ridiculous. What ever happened to quality?

Most employees don't suck. But the buyers or deal makers with the manufacturer of the phones suck. They are either taking what's thrown in front of them by the manufacturer or they simply aren't doing due diligence.
