verizon sucks

Today my first day with Verizon and the phone does not work, staff hangs up or I can not understand a word of these people who obvious don't understand English. With Tmobile the service was not always perfect but this verizon really hits the highest rude behavior. I wish I would have tsayed with tmobile. I can't wait for this contract to expire. 1 year to go(I think and hope)
