Fuck Verizon DSL

I've had problems with the internet connection since Sunday Night. I had no idea why the internet connection slowed down. When I go onto Youtube I'm unable to load any videos as they load too slow. Tried to consult with the problem with Verizon but they can only consult the problem with FIOS.
