| i cannot pay my bill on line |
i have paid my verizon bill on line for years. recently verizon has changed their on line payment options and it will no longer accept a foreign credit card. with that being said i must now call verizon at a cost of $30.00 per call to pay my bill. verizon's view of this issue is "GO F**K YOURSELF!" they do not care that their system is ineffective and causes "loyal" customer's to incure higher charges just to pay their bills. i live and work overseas and rarely use the phone. i have been told to use my verizon phone to call them because they will not bill me for the overseas call. WRONG! i get billed and have to call them yet again. i have had this phone for years. and will stop service soon. so long verizon you are a terrible company and i would not reconmend you to my worst enemy!Anonymous - Verizon H8er ID: B41659 |
