| Clueless Verizon salesperson wiped my voicemail without warning! |
I switched to an Iphone from a Blackberry tonight after asking if my photos and music would transfer. Salesperson told me it would be on the data card from my Blackberry. According to Verizon supervisor I talked to later, the first thing she should have told me was that I would lose all of my old voicemails and that they would be unretrievable. All of the sweet emails I saved from my kids are now GONE. Verizon would do nothing to compensate me except offer an accessory! After over 10 years with Verizon I am dumping them! I am furious!!
