I, too, HATE verizon. I could do their customer service schtick by heart. Charged $2500 for roaming charges when traveling for 4 days AFTER checking what to do and told the wrong thing. Hours on phone with them, not getting far except they are saying they will"do me a favor" and decrease it by 50%. WHAT???? Droid 2 sucks. 2 cell phone cases broke and they told me they would "do me a favor" by selling me another one. Thinking of filing in small claims court.
