| Account numbers |
Folks, welcome to the V-zon nightmare. If you watch your bills, you will notice that every new bill has a new account number. That's the mess I got in. They could hardly ever "find" my account and since I had one (or many for that matter), the csr reps would tell me that the account didn't exist. Can someone please tell me why this company continues to stay in business? Other than yes, it is a f'n monopoly that the FTC continually overlooks and lets people like us get screwed, day in and day out. It is a utility company isn't it? The PU Commissions are also in bed with each other.Thank you FED for nothing. BTW, you can close the doors to the FTC if Ron Paul should get elected.
