Verizon is f'ing with me...and everyone else apparently.

I have been using verizon cell phones for approx. 10 years. I eventually added another cell phone line and had a land line installed for my fiance to work from home. I also had TV through Verizon. I have had more issues with Verizon than any other company EVER. Their online account access sucks, their customer service sucks and they seem to purposefully make it difficult to resolve issues. How can we fight back??? I will switch as soon as I can.
