| There is no Customer Service at Verizon |
We are brand new customers with Verizon wireless. I had a horrid experience with Verizon 3 years ago. My mother retired from Verizon (previously AT+T). Upon her death in early 2008 - I continued to get her pension checks for 2 months - I called, sent certified mail, etc - it took 10 months to stop the checks. Then they had the nerve to say I cashed some- obviously I did not, but possibly the ones I tossed in the trash got cashed by someone who could use them.
Anyway - as a brand new customer again - they are texting and calling us to pay our 1st bill without ever receiving an invoice - I do not dispute that we owe them - I am irate at theri horrid service and MAD AS HELL at myselff that I would use them again -Shame on mesuenards - Verizon H8er ID: 6EA571 |
