| verizon steal my money |
Verizon internet always disconnected and technician never fixed it. The most horrible one is it steals my money. I change my address it still charge my monthly payment, totally about 320 bucks. I asked them to refund me and that fucking company said ok, but needed to wait for one month later. However, after one month, I still not got that and so I call that fucking one again. Unbelievable, after a lot of phone transform, it asked me 16 digits whatever number. How do I remember it, how do I remember something almost one year before. Fucking suck. I hate them.
