Angry in Maryland

They enticed me to leave AT&T promising a $100 rebate that I never received. They couldn't get the dsl to work properly on my phone. Then, they cut off my phone when I refused to pay the $100 that they never credited me for. When I tried to get it straightened out, the customer service person said I am no longer a customer so there's nothing I can do.
So, I have no phone.
