VERIZON NIGHTMARE COMPANY: Can't you answer simple questions

oh a simple email problem with the most basic question and I can't tell you, it has been weeks and weeks of runarounds and disconnects. They ask for your phone number in case you disconnect and then it disconnects and they don't call.

Verizon is so disgusting to deal with. If their FIOS fiberoptic internet wasn't so fast I'd get rid of them tomorrow. Nightmare.
