| VERIZON - Complain to the Public Service Commission and FCC |
Verizon does not provide the service i.e. DSL that I they are charging you for and they have developed a terrible reputation - they will not fix their equipment but they will bill you for the service. Most people I know have changed to cablevision. Verizon used to be a reputable company - you can't even check a trouble ticket online - their website is idiotic - after entering your account number and verifying your last payment many times they tell you you are not a registered customer - I'VE BEEN A REGISTERED CUSTOMER FOR 30 YEARS!!!Verizon customer service is horrendous - Verizon H8er ID: C9E0F0 |
