VERIZON SCREWED ME OVER!!!

So...I don't really feel like explaining it for the 25th time (I was on the phone for over 8 hours with Verizon Wireless customer service).

But I eventually started scanning the web for anything that could help me deal with Verizon's pathetic customer service department.
