| Verizo out of touch with customers |
The worst tekephone customer service company ever. How bad is Verizon? They will even give you telephone
numbers for Verizon that have BEEN DISCONNECTED!
I have phone bills with account numbers on them that no one at Verizon can find! 6 out of the last times i have called after 11 minutes on average before the computer finally figures it has no clue of what i want it will finally tell me o hold and wait for the next avaiable service rep. Then the computer comes back and and says "the number you have called has been disconnected" the hangs up on you.
