| The ability of their salespeople to lie |
A few months ago I decided to get an Iphone on Verizon. The salesperson asked if i would like to pay 130 dollars for what he said and i quote "Ya itll cover everything no questions asked". Well after paying over 150 dollars a month for bullshit service my house getting little to no service despite it being right in the middle of a green zone, for 6 months my iphone was stollen. I asked the store and the same guy told me it would be another 250 dollars to replace it. I was browsing in the store looking at other models when he made the same sale to another woman with her child saying and i quote "yes mam, this will cover absolutely everything no questions asked.Anonymous - Verizon H8er ID: BA25B5 |
