too many lies

i moved acrossed town and ordered bundle pack this was sept. 26 didnt phone oct. 6 on oct.8 i got tv and internet oct.19 and i was billed 140.00 and was told i get credit for over a month but when i called csr he said no one told you that. and of these people i talked to didnt exsist and who was i talking to.by the way i was quoted 107.00 total.go fig.
