verizon SUCKS

When I changed carriers, instead of sending me a final bill, they sent it to a bill collector, with charges that I never authorized plus they billed me for April of 2010, which they had on record that I paid when it was due. I've called numerous times about this after I discontinued and supposedly was taken care of. I had verizon in California and had the same problems. I hope they go bankrupt.
