They won't let me pay my bill!?!?!?!?

Have used an online account for years to pay the monthly bill, now all of a sudden get an error message saying the account is not authorized to pay the bill. Really Verizon? Really?

Of course I call tech support, they say I need to talk to the eCenter, I talk to the eCenter, they transfer me to tech support. I hate them so much... I just don't have the words.
