I HATE VERIZON

this is the WORST company I have EVER, in 55 years, encountered!
They talked me into a new service that was supposed to be better and cost less, but told me I had 30 to cancel.
I did not like the service, so I called to cancel, and they said that I couldn't go back to my original service, since it no longer existed!
