I got verizon internet because I was supposed to be able to bundle it with direct tv... so I thought. I couldn't bundle because I refused to get a verizon phone. So anyways I get verizon internet but make sure that I get a package without a contract. A year later I am moving and don't want to keep verizon (internet kept going down) and they charge me a two year contract. After two months of calling and be transrered, them not being able to see my bill, saying that I wasn't being charged but then the next person telling me I was, and calling atleast 15 times... I am still being charge a cancellation fee for a contract I did NOT agree to nor sign. I don't hate verizon... I LOATH VERIZON.Anonymous - Verizon H8er ID: 101782 |
