| Verizon - Worst Customer Service Ever |
Flat out the worst customer service in the entire industry. They can't even communicate between their inter-company departments, let alone communicate effectively with customers. Every month my DSL billing has been incorrect (over billed) with the wrong charges on it.
Their customer service is horrible, over billing issues, and lack of concern for their customers. I hope they get sued. The Federal Trade Commision and other Federal Authorities need to investigate Verizon.Sarge - Verizon H8er ID: DDDBE2 |

My biggest problems with them are that they LIED to me AND that every time I call in about the same issue, I get a different answer from yet another customer service agent AND there are NO NOTES!! I hate this company so much. Man, would I LOVE to sit in front of Congress and tell them how this company has ska-rewed me!!!!
