| Verizon steals your money: bogus billing |
I tried to cancel my service but was given the runaround. They lied to me and told me my service was cancelled. They then continued to bill me. They laughed in my face when I asked for a credit back for service not used. Just try to stop your service and billing... It is practically impossible! This is theft. Someday, they will meet up with a fucked over customer who will randomly kill their employees as they take a smoke. That will be a happy day. Do not go to work for Verizon if you value your health. Of course, I would never even think of doing anything like that. I just dream of some other person who has nothing to lose, who had his credit rating trashed, and had five calls an evening from robots and was dissed by customer service and told to fuck off, someone like that may get mad and start killing off Verizon customer service reps as they stepped out of their building to take a smoke or walk to their car to go home.Anonymous - Verizon H8er ID: 43A974 |
