Jim: Hello I was wondering why your commericals talk about your phones are good for streaming movies if you don't have UNLIMITED DATA. I think you need to say good for streaming movies with wi-fi or just tell them to get SPRINT.
Willie: Is there anything else I can assist you with today?
Jim: Yes why can't you answer my question. That's what your here for.
Willie: Are you a new customer?
Jim: No, I'm not
Jim: I'm just trying to warn new customers.
Willie: Are you ready to order?
Jim: No I already have Verizon and of course I was too late to get Unlimited Data. I'm just really mad, because your the only ISP in my area and I can't even watch a video without going over my limit.
Willie: I do apologize about that
Jim: Could you ever let people get Unlimited Data ever again. Or has that been terminated forever.
Willie: The only reason we stopped that plan is because we actually looked at the customers data, and a huge majority didnt even go over 2GB so we reduced the amount for the customes

Jim: What about people that use more than that. Does Verizon just want to get rid of the customers that use more. I will just gladly go to Sprint if you do.
Willie: Well I did not do this, that's just what happen to reduce the data usage from customers that weren't actually using it
Willie: You can always raise your data plan
Jim: Yes I can but not to UNLIMITED!!
Willie: Sorry about that, its been grandfathered]
Willie: Is there anything else I can assist you with today?
Jim: No that's all. I guess, the customer is always right is not what Verizon goes by.
Willie: You are right
Jim: So you agree with me. Do you have a grandfathered data plan.
Willie: No we do not have a grandfathered plan
Jim: No I'm asking you that if you, yourself have a Unlimited Data plan from Verizon.
Willie: No I do not
Jim: Well I guess you would want one too. Well I'm just going to go. Bye.
Willie: Actually, I have another company's data plan.
