CHARGES

I got an "accidental" $600 charge on my account after returning a tablet. They admitted their mistake and took the charge off after I sat on hold for nearly a half hour. Yes, sometimes companies make mistakes, but I personally know of 4 friends who have received the same "accidental" charge and had to spend their evenings on hold to get the charge off. SCAM ANYONE???
