| DFW Verizon Call center is freakin horrible |
I have had numerouis issues with Verizon, primarily in my home market, DFW. The servcie I had was so inept, that I asked the rep where she was located and was surprised it was here in my local area. After repeated gaffs and errors, I asked to speak with a supervisor, was given more run around and finally referred to a manager that refuses to respond or take my my call. Verizon needs to start over with their customer service procedures, properly train their staff, and most importantly realize that they are in a service business! I will be moving my bundled business and gladly pay more to providers that value the customer. Verizon is the worst company I have dealt with, even surpassing the old heritage GTE, which also could be very inept.Verizon=Rude/Inept x Corporate Horseshit - Verizon H8er ID: 1DA18B |

| 12/24/11 | 9:55AM | | Agreed, DFW call center is managed by a bunch of idiots. if you talking with Verizon and are surprised by how rude, incompetent, and untrained your agent is, ask where they are located, odds are it is the DFW locatioin.
