Verizon promotes and tolerates that their independently owned stores tell prospects anything they want to hear to hood wink them into a contract. The Verizon reps are worthless used car salesmen. Never believe a word they say. Avoid Verizon when possible. They are the worst company in wireless and couldn't care less what you think of them. T-mobile in my experience is the best in customer service. I moved to Ct and was forced to use Verizon becasue T-Mobile has no signal where I live but as soon as they do I am out of here with Verizon!!!!1Anonymous - Verizon H8er ID: 6E3DB3 |
