forced personal web pages

I used the web service for a while. In July 2011 they decided not to let people ftp to their site. I could no longer do what I wanted so I called and asked them to remove the personal pages charges four times. They said it would be done. HA! not yet this is december 2011. They sent me an email telling me I would have to do it myself!! So I did. When I went back to check they had changed it back!!
I have already had to have the FTC intervene in another issue two years ago. They have close to a monopoly in our area though.
