You think the service is bad try working for these idiots. Management has the attitude where are you going to look for work as an ex bell employee and utility worker. Give that same mindset some technology and they'll try to micro management to the hilt. Gives them that feeling of control they lost when broken up 30 YEARS ago.
The current management is about the third generation of managers since divestiture.
