Anonymous - Verizon H8er ID: A8A9ED | | 01/27/12 | 13:18PM | | I had to help my parents deal wih this. It is a 3rd party that is ALLOWED by Verizon to put charges onto your bill. You have to call Verizon and turn off third party billing and demand a refund. You may have to call photo cubbie directly but I was able to get at least 6 months back for my parents.
