Better check your credit report for Verizon lies

After 3 days of horrible service (switched from Comcast to Verizon - huge mistake) I cancelled Verizon. Customer service was worst I ever experienced. I returned the modem in their postage paid box. The sent 2 collection agencies after me for it. I proved with receipt that I had returned the modem. They refused to take the lie/collection action off my credit report. This company needs to be destroyed... like they destroy the lives of so many people.
