| Lemon Phone-Zero Customer Service |
Customer service at an all time low. My daughter has a lemon. 6 phone replacements and counting...let's unite on a broader level. Buy a share of VZ Stock...bear with me... We can then show up at the next stockholders meeting and address the chairman directly. It would really put a cramp in their "meeting". Actually, we dont have to show up even...We can simply call Investor Relations @ 212-395-1525 (i will try to find an 800 number) and just put that thought in their heads. Simply, matter-of-factly, state that as concerned "stockholders" we would want to voice our concerns about poor customer service, excess charges, etc at their next annual meeting.
