| VERIZON IS THE WORST |
I suppose it is my fault for staying with this lousy company, however, my contract ends in March and I am done. I am switching over to Virgin Mobile and I will save hunderds of dollars. When I first got my phone 2 years ago, it didn't work. It died about a week after I started using it. When I went to the Verizon store to get a new phone, not only would they not exchange it, this stupid company tried to charge me some made up reconnection fee when my phone was never disconnected!! I refused to pay anything and demanded a new phone but all I got was a free battery. I have been using this POS phone since. RIDICULOUS. This is the worst company.
