I hate verizon

I cancelled my services 2 months ago, they sent me boxes and everything. Now they are saying, I did not cancel and no boxes were received. Plus they have had my name as the my street address since starting services and after 10+ times sending them proof of my name. They still haven't changed it. Warning to anyone calling this Piece of shit company, get names, customer numbers, supervisors names and team names, everytime you speak to someone to hold them accountable.
